The form of federation they advocate is one in which everyone has an equal say. Instead of a pyramid-shaped power structure (with a few at the top and most at the bottom), that would be a flat line (with everyone on the same level).

Not an anarchist federation. In an anarchist federation, there is no hierarchy. There are no leaders. It is a horizontal form of organization.

No, not generally. The amount they receive is treated as a gift from the actual ticket holder. There is no tax on gifts in the UK. The only tax consequence is for the ticket holder. The gifts he makes become Potentially Exempt Transfers (PET) fir Inheritance Tax purposes and could result in a liability if he dies within seven years. In certain circumstances this liability could be transferred to the recipients. This would only happen if his estate, including the share he kept back, was not sufficient to pay the tax on his total estate.

No. Your question sort of doesn’t make sense. if it’s ‘undeclared’ why WOULD you pay tax? it’s ‘undeclared. Anyway, no, we don’t pay tax in the UK on winnings
