  • How to sell my fathers Shares issued by Syndicate Bank offline, I have a online trading account?

Posted by admin on September 7th, 2011 and filed under syndicate | 2 Comments »

My Father have shares of Syndicate Bank issued to him offline and he would like to encash them.

I have a online trading account , can I get transferred to me or sell through my online account.

If the shares are issued in your father’s name then you can not get them transferred to your online account.

You can do any of the following:
    1. Get a online demat a/c opened in your father’s name and then get those share’s dematerialized, then you can trade them as per your wish.
    2. Get a plain demat a/c opened in your father’s name and get the shares dematerialized in them, and then fill requisite form and submit to your depository with whom you have opened the demat a/c saying you want to sell those shares.
    3. You can sell those share in physical form itself, approach any share trader, and they will be able to get you a fair deal for your shares.

Although the 3rd option is the easiest, you wont get best deal in it, because BSE has stopped trading physical shares now. so the buyer will offer you 15-30% less price than the shares are quoting currently on market.

If you want best deal then would suggest going in for 1st option, especially if your father owns many more such shares in physical form. with 1st option you can choose to sell your shares immediately whenever you feel its the right price you want.

    goodluck

Would the Crime Syndicate of Amerika have their own series?

I would like to see more of the DC Antimatter universe.

It would be cool–I’d buy it and check it out at least once. Edit: Being sincere here….one of my guilty pleasures as a young teenager was the old-school _Secret Society of Super-Villains_ comic. I think there’s enough room in DC Comics for at least _one_ well-written villain book, you just have to pick the right people.

Catch is: Writing these characters. Making them good characters–as in compelling–while keeping to the "equal/opposite universe" theme. Most writers can’t or won’t pull it off–they’re too busy making a joke out of it as per Bizarro World.

I’d personally like an _updated_ version of the origin story behind the CSA. Something along the lines of: They start out young, idealistic, and powerful….So where did their lives go so wrong? How did they _Not_ become heroes? Is their world just that sick and twisted–or were they themselves somehow responsible for everything being reversed/mirrored?

Basically do a Year Minus One take on them, before they become debauched and all Jersey-Shore-ish.

Edit 2: Have Brian Azzarello write it, maybe J. Scott Campbell do artwork–and do what _Smallville_ did with Lex Luthor, with the main cast. Start out with young, idealistic people and actually make people wonder "Ok, do they really _have to_ turn out so bad?" Put some suspense in it.

Do I need a lottery syndicate agreement?

Posted by admin on July 8th, 2011 and filed under syndicate | 2 Comments »

I am in a syndicate with family members. We are not worried about payments in, publicity, how many draws etc this is all agreed. But I am wondering if there are any implications to us should we win if we don’t have a signed agreement e.g tax implications?

You are worrying about the wrong things.

There is no tax on cash gifts at any time. In the worst case scenario one person would be deemed to win, and they would be deemed to be giving money away to other syndicate members. If this person died within 7 years there might be inheritance tax problems, but (contrary to another answer) there is never capital gains tax or anything else to pay on the gift itself.

But this is all irrelevant anyway. If you win you can ask the lottery company to pay the money jointly to you all, so you each receive your tax free share without any complications.

What you need to worry about is the basics on which you have supposedly agreed. The point of getting this in writing is that it means there can be no confusion or argument in the future. And no matter how close your family is now, don’t underestimate the friction that can be caused when someone puts £5 million on the table in front of you.

You need an agreement that specifies how many lines you buy, who is a member, how you can leave or join, what happens if someone does not pay they share of entry fees on time, how you distribute small winnings, etc.

If you were approached by 2 or more partners of an organized crime syndicate?

Posted by admin on June 9th, 2011 and filed under syndicate | 2 Comments »

one being law enforcement, and offered various goods valued at or in excess of $300,000.00 do you believe they would be able to cover it up through the Judicial system?

One’s a dirty cop, and the other is a high ranking criminal If you wan to join an organized crime group go for it. If you do you’ll be risking death among other things. Plus dirty cops dont stay covered up for long, the scandal will be exposed.

What’s the difference between an Underwriting Syndicate and a Warehouse Lender?

Posted by admin on April 13th, 2011 and filed under syndicate | 1 Comment »

I mean in a typical MBS deal, a mono-line arranger/issuer requires funding from a warehouse lender until MBS can be sold out.

But funding can be also provided by underwriting syndicates.

In this case, is there be any difference between the role played by a warehouse lender and a undersriting syndicate.

Definition of Underwriting Syndicate: Temporary group of underwriters and investment banks formed for marketing of a new bond or share (stock) issue that is too large for any single entity to handle. It is dissolved after completion of the sale of the securities. Also called underwriting group.

Definition of Warehouse Lender: A business that loans to temporary lenders against some form of security or collateral of closed mortgage loans before selling the loans in the secondary market. This state of flux is known as being "in the warehouse," and warehouse lenders can call these loans if they lose value while in such a state.

Does anyone know where I could get/make Crime Syndicate of America Tshirts?

I like DC Comics logo shirts. I’ve been looking for the Crime Syndicate of America ones…Anyone know a place that might sell them, or a site I could make custom ones?

This ebay store deals with custom tshirts.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Customize-Text-T-shirts-shirts-w-name-company-etc-/220728001086?pt=US_CSA_MC_Shirts&var=&hash=item79141fd36a#ht_1015wt_932

You can contact the seller for more custom options, such as if you have your own design.

I’ve used this ebay store several times to purchase custom-design shirts for my college sorority. Good quality and cheap.

    Good luck!

Is the Tea Party Crime Syndicate responsible for the Arizona shooter?

Posted by admin on January 20th, 2011 and filed under syndicate | 2 Comments »

    The victims think so:

"Fuller said in an interview with The New York Times last week that he had trouble sleeping after he was wounded. Fuller repeatedly denounced the "Tea Party crime syndicate” in the interview, saying he placed some of the blame for the shooting on Sarah Palin and other Republican leaders for creating a toxic atmosphere."

The Conservative powerbase has brainwashed their pawns to systematically silence anyone who doesn’t agree with them (ie, Liberals, Democrats, etc.).

Please do everything you can to remove the hateful ‘Party of "No"’ before they become too powerful. The ultimate goal of "Conservatives" is to dictate what you can read, who you will marry, how you will vote, when you will attend which church, what you may say, etc., etc., etc….

I am one of many former Republicans, scared off by the irrational, hate-filled, lying, fear-mongering, neoCon "loon-fringe", who have hijacked the GOP…

    ====================

Is Sarah Palin getting the message? An astonishing 250,000 people signed a petition asking Palin to renounce the use of crosshairs and other gun imagery and do her part to tone down the violent political rhetoric in this country.

Her reply? She released a video in which, carefully reading from a teleprompter, she lashed out at those who dared to question her use of violent imagery, calling us "reprehensible." Rather than signaling a willingness to change her language going forward, Palin controversially labeled our calls to renounce violent eliminationist rhetoric as "blood libel" — a term which itself invokes a long and violent history of anti-semitism.1

In the face of a tragedy that has rocked our nation, Palin — who put the crosshairs on Rep. Giffords for her vote in support of healthcare — is calling herself the victim.

Palin’s eagerness to invoke this type of rhetoric is precisely why her crosshairs image has become symbolic of the violent language used far too often by rightwing politicians and media outlets — language that is starting to be seriously questioned by many media figures and political leaders of both parties.

The media is finally picking up on the connection between the kind of extreme rhetoric validated by Palin and the toxic environment which provokes political violence. Please help build our call and help make this tragedy a watershed moment for changing the poisonous political climate in this country.

Do you thing that our government is the biggest Organized Crime Syndicate and creates terror around the world?
